Hotel Indigo and Fairfax Lofts open in Kansas City, MO

The historic Brookfield Building at 101 W. 11th Street in Kansas City, MO reopened on December 15th after being vacant for a decade. The 12-story historic tower will operate as an 118-room Hotel Indigo and 27-unit Fairfax Lofts. The building will have a fitness center and a restaurant, Dott Boss Cocktails & Coffee. The hotel and lofts will carry out a transportation theme honoring the building’s past uses as a Santa Fe Railroad ticketing office and administrative offices for the Fairfax Municipal Airport in Kansas City, KS. We created the mechanical and plumbing designs for this historic restoration project.
